Revamping the website's UI to adapt to a new look and feel.
Challenges
The initial look and feel of the Public Bank business banking website were outdated, leading to difficulties in information search due to cluttered navigation and calls to action. Therefore, there was a pressing need for a new UI to provide the best user experience. Throughout the design process for the website revamp, numerous revisions were required to ensure the final product met all objectives and aligned with client expectations. Each revision focused on refining the layout, user interface, and functionality to address these issues and enhance the overall user experience.
Solution
To overcome the challenges, we implemented a modern UI, streamlined navigation, and enhanced calls to action by making buttons more prominent. We incorporated vibrant colors and bold designs to reflect the brand's tone and create a fresh look, while using human elements to foster a personal connection with users. Additionally, we ensured responsive design and iterated based on user feedback to enhance functionality and ease of navigation.
