It is a key component of Malaysia's larger strategy to advance digital transformation and simplify interactions between citizens and government services.

Designed the mobile app and user flow for MyDigital ID.
Challenges
One of the challenges encountered while creating the mobile app design for MyDigital ID was the lack of detailed information on how the MyDigital ID system operates, which led to difficulties in designing an effective user flow. This uncertainty required additional research to ensure that the design accurately reflected the system's functionality and provided a seamless user experience.
Solution
To overcome the challenge of insufficient information, I worked closely with the marketing team to conduct thorough research. From the insights and understanding gained, I was able to create prototypes and use an iterative design approach to refine the user flow. Adjustments were made as our understanding of the system’s functionality evolved.
